Ukusan i jednostavan recept za piletinu koju će voljeti svi ukućani, od najmlađih do najstarijih.

Priprema

Oprane i osušene pileće batake stavite u zdjelu. Dodajte so, senf, soja sos, naribanu koricu limuna i sok od pola limuna. Sve dobro izmiješajte, dodajte ruzmarin, origano, poklopite i ostavite u frižideru nekoliko sati.

Mrkvu ogulite, operite i prerežite po dužini. Mladi krompir operite, narežite i dodajte mrkvu, so, ulje, nasjeckanu majčinu dušicu i stavite u posudu za pečenje. Pored povrća stavite mariniranu piletinu, poprskajte je uljem i pecite 30 minuta na 200 °C.

Tikvice operite i narežite na trakice. U piletinu i povrće dodajte posoljene tikvice i pojačajte temperaturu na 220°C, pecite još 15 minuta. Poslužite toplo uz salatu.
