Pohovane pileće palačinke

Priprema


1. U loncu prepržimo usitnjeni luk i bijeli luk do zlatno-smeđe boje, dodamo mljeveno pileće meso, narezane gljive, pasirani paradajz, sol, začine i malo vode. Smjesu pirjamo 15 minuta.

2. Za palačinke u posudi izmješamo dva jajeta, dvije šoljice brašna, pet kašika ulja, malo soli i šećera. U nauljenoj tavi ispečemo palačinke.

3. Palačinke obložimo sa pripremljenom smjesom, dodamo narendani sir i presavijemo ih. Krajeve presavijemo na unutra, da smjesa ne iscuri.

4. Za pohovanje pripremimo tanjir sa dvije šoljice brašna, šoljicu sa dva umućena jajeta i tanjir krušnih mrvica. Na prethodno ugrijanom ulju palačinke pohujemo do zlatno-smeđe boje i poslužimo dok su tople.
