Preparation process

1. First make the sauce. Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a blender and blend into a creamy sauce. Taste a little and add more salt if needed.

2. Wash the salad and cut it into small pieces.

3. Peel the orange, cut the avocado in half and cut both into smaller pieces.

4. Chop the almonds.

5. Wash the fillet, dry it with a paper towel and add salt, pepper and bake.

6. In a bowl or plate, arrange green salad, roasted fillets cut into small pieces, orange, avocado. Pour the sauce over everything and add the chopped almonds.
