Postupak pripreme

U velikom loncu na niskoj temperaturi pomešati ulje i lovorov list, cimet, karanfilić i biber i lagano zagrevati oko minut. Dodajte beli luk i đumbir i pržite dok ne porumene. Dodajte crni luk i narezani čili i posolite. Pecite oko 10 minuta.

U tiganj dodajte garam masalu, korijander u prahu, kim, kurkumu i čili u prahu. Mešajte 2 minuta i po potrebi dodajte malo vode da začini ne zagore. Dodajte meso, grašak i paradajz pire u tiganj i posolite smesu. Kuvajte oko 30 minuta. Poslužite sa prezlama.
