Pileći paprikaš sa domaćim knedlama

Postupak pripreme

Luk, beli luk, šargarepu i celer sitno iseckajte, posolite i dinstajte u zagrejanoj mešavini maslinovog i suncokretovog ulja.

Kada povrće omekša, dodajte brašno, vino, piletinu, mlevenu papriku, so i biber. Sipajte dovoljno vode da prekrije sve sastojke i dinstajte na laganoj vatri oko pola sata.

Posle pola sata dodajte narezanu papriku i komade krompira, pelat i lovorov list. Ako je potrebno, dodajte vodu, začinite i kuvajte još pola sata.

Knedle:

Pripremite knedle tako što ćete jaja umutiti sa malo soli i dodati brašno. Smešu dobro promešajte i ohladite u frižideru. Ohlađenu smešu formirajte kašikom i stavljajte knedle, jednu po jednu, u kipuću vodu u velikom loncu. Knedle kuvajte 5 minuta.
